Once you cross their elegant, welcoming threshold you’ll believe you’ve stepped into another place. “We hear ‘wow!’ more than anything else form clients when the walk through our door,” laughs manager Barbara Brower. “You see ‘wow’ in their eyes.” Warm colors, blend with rich woods and romantic lighting to create a fashionably forward, yet classic atmosphere.

Diverse ceiling levels provide cantilevered heights, and professionally tended exotic foliage lends a living, organic note to the restaurant’s décor. “Everything from the mosaic tile work to the steel and aluminum fireplace works together to create a total, signature look and feel,” Brower explains. “The owners wanted to create and evoke an emotion.”

In addition to a welcoming, hip place, sensational food offerings and service, blue offers a way to escape the everyday and enter a mood as metropolitan as Philadelphia, Boston or New York, without ever leaving the Valley.
